Zutaten
- 400g cauliflower
- 3 pieces of celery
- 2 peeled pears
- ½ onion
- 1 piece of ginger (about 5cm)
- ½ Tbsp vegetable broth
- ½ tsp ground cumin and cinnamon
- Parsley or coriander - garnish
Tipps
Cauliflower, also known under many other names, is not only very cheap in the winter months, it is also rich in vitamin C and minerals. The vitamin C is only released by the cooking process. A slightly unpleasant side effect of cauliflower is that it can make you feel bloated.
A hot tip: cooking cauliflower with a pinch of ground cumin relieves the flatulent effect.
Zubereitung
- Part the cauliflower into florets. Dice pears and onion. Cut celery into rings.
- Add all of the ingredients into the jug, pour in cold water until in between both marks. Select program 2 and start.
- Divide the soup into a bowls. Sprinkle with parsley or roasted walnuts.
