Zutaten
- 1 cup amaranth
- 1 cup quinoa
zum Bestreuen
- 1 large pear, cut into small pieces
- 1 Tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp freshly grated ginger
- ¼ tsp grated nutmeg
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
Zubereitung
- Rinse the quinoa and amaranth until the water is clear.
- Put both into the jug.
- Fill it with cold water until in between both marks.
- Select program 3 and start.
- Serve with all other ingredients.
