Salt, cayenne pepper (replaceable with black pepper)
2 chicken eggs (replaceable by 5 quail eggs per chicken egg)
olive oil
approx. 120g spelt flour
Zubereitung
Mix the Okara with the garlic paste (or pressed garlic cloves), chopped parsley, salt, cayenne pepper and eggs - only add enough flour for the mixture to create a mashed potato-like consistency (approx. the specified amount of 120g).
Heat the oil in a non-stick pan and drop tablespoon sized heaps of mixture onto it. Wait a little until one side turns brown, flip it over and fry the other side.
