Zutaten
- 400g freshly harvested chard
- 1 cup millet
- 1/2 cup grated coconut
- 1 tsp vegetable broth
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
Zubereitung
- Wash, clean and cut the chard into small pieces.
- Put all of the ingredients into the jug of the AND SOY blender. Fill it up to the maximum mark with cold water.
- Select program 2, start and before you know it the soup is ready.
