Rinse the mushrooms under running water, drain and halve or quarter them according to their size. Halve the avocado, remove the core and mash the pulp with a fork. Season with a splash of lemon juice and salt & pepper.
Put all of the ingredients into the AND SOY blender, fill it with water until in between the two marks, cover it with the lid. Switch on the cooking blender, select program 2 (30 minutes) and press the start button.
The cooking blender will start the cooking process immediately. It heats, stirs and purees alternately until the end of the cooking process.
After 30 minutes the soup is ready: cooked & pureed. Divide the soup into bowls, garnish with a few hemp seeds and serve hot.
