Making a creamy risotto is also possible in the AND SOY cooking blender; without constant stirring.
Recipe (for 3-4 servings)
- 2 measuring cups of whole grain rice
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 small piece of ginger
- 1 tsp. Granulated broth
- 1 carrot
- Salt
- optional: Yeast flakes or Parmesan & Butter
Preparation
- Add two measuring cups of whole grain rice with garlic, ginger, broth and diced carrot to the AND SOY.
- Pour water and cook in program 3.
- Open after cooking, stir well and add the remaining two measuring cups of rice.
- Cook again in program 3.
If desired, the finished risotto can now be refined with Parmesan and butter or vegan with margarine and yeast flakes. As a topping is fried or steamed vegetables of your choice.
