My daughter has braces now. Unfortunately, she cannot chew her favourite nibbles anymore, such as nuts, carrots and dried mango. What should she have as a snack? We baked these power balls together. They are delicious and crispy, ideal as a snack and for in between. Of course you can vary the ingredients according to your own taste.
Zutaten
- 250g almond leftovers (from the homemade almond milk)
- 150g coconut oil (liquid)
- 400g oatmeal (preferably homemade from ground oats)
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp coconut sugar
Zubereitung
- Mix all the ingredients together. Form roughly 40 balls out of the mixture with lightly damp hands and roll them one by one in oatmeal.
- Bake in the oven at approx. 180°C for 30min.
