Zutaten
- 200g spelt flour
- 200g ground nuts
- 150g coconut blossom sugar
- 30g rapeseed oil
- 1 packet of baking soda
- Okara as needed
Zubereitung
- Mix all dry ingredients and the oil.
- Gradually stir in the Okara with a hand mixer until a thick paste has formed.
- Depending on the moistness of the Okara this can be more or less.
- Grease a Guglhupf tin with a little rapeseed oil and pour in the dough.
- Smooth it out and bake it at 200°C for 30 minutes.
- Allow the cake to cool and tumble it out of the baking tin.
