Zutaten
- 800g of ripe tomatoes, cut into quarters (remove the stems)
- 180g diced red bell peppers
- 120g diced onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 100g apple cider vinegar
- 1 pinch of nutmeg
- 10 mustard seeds
- 10 peppercorns
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 tsp of hot paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 100g honey
Zubereitung
- Put all of the ingredients into the AND SOY cooking blender. Select program 2 and start.
- Pour the ketchup into screw-top jars, seal them and place them upside down for 10 minutes whilst allowing it to cool.
- Homemade ketchup can be kept in the fridge for approximately 3 months.
