Zutaten
- 400g fresh red cabbage
- 1 small red onion
- ½ cup of rice
- 2 Tbsp grated coconut
- 1 cup of cashew nuts
- 1 Tbsp grated ginger
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp vegetable broth
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
- 2-3 cloves of garlic
- Croutons and fresh herbs to serve.
Zubereitung
- Remove the outer leaves of the red cabbage, quarter the red cabbage and cut out the stalk in a wedge shape. Then cut the cabbage into small pieces.
- Peel and dice the onion and garlic. Peel and finely grate the ginger.
- Add all of the ingredients into the jug, pour in cold water until in between both marks. Select program 2, start .... and you're done!
