Zutaten
- 300g carrots
- 200g red lentils
- 1 small onion
- 3 slices of fresh ginger
- 1 small bay leaf
- 1 tsp cumin and coriander
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- salt
Zubereitung
- Roughly chop up the carrots and onion.
- Add all of the ingredients to the AND SOY blender and top it up with cold water until in between the two marks.
- Close the device and select program 2. After about 30 minutes the soup is ready. The only thing left to do is to serve and enjoy it.
